Balzzar the Indignant is one of Mandelbrot’s minions. He was sent to Earth through a secret second dimensional gate to infiltrate Mount Syber U, the secret location of the Split-Second Squad. He was able to flush a device down the toilet to survey the least watched part of the installation.

He was seen by Alec Wagner and they began to fight. As Balzzar tried to escape, he was run over by campus security (the Split-Second Squad in disguise).
