The son of former World War 2 hero-turned-crimelord Richard Ross III (aka: Baroud I), he has taken on the leadership of CRIMEN with the death of his father. Originally he was CRIMEN’s mole in the government agency ‘C.L.A.S.H.’, presumably feeding the group valuable intel over the years. Then the alien being ‘Homicron’ appeared, and in the midst of a conflict over the strange visitor… revealed his true allegiances to his startled compatriots.
Shortly afterwards, his father died fighting John Mist (Jean Brume), leaving a vacancy at the top of CRIMEN. A vacancy he soon filled, running said organization with a merciless hand and machiavellian strategy.
