Barry Quinzel is Harley Quinn’s younger brother, who still lives with their mother, Sharon. He is lazy and seems to lack ambition. He has two children, Nicky and Jenny, by two different mothers. Harley has sent him hundreds of thousands of dollars for things like house down payments and private school for his children, but he’s squandered it all. He seems to resent his sister’s fame as a super villain and is quite rude to her.
