Seventeen-year-old clarinet player Beatrice Clarke, lived with her grandmother. Beatrice had no friends whatsoever. Nobody ever called her or stopped by her place. She was also constantly bullied at school by mean girls. She found herself to be more comfortable behind her computer’s screen, where she met a friend by the screen name DB001. This individual lured and captured her for his research of Dr. Curt Connors. According to DB001’s own research, he discovered that individuals like Beatrice had a higher success rate of mutating into reptilian creatures like the Lizard. While in captivity, she was mutated and fought against the X-Men, where she was easily defeated along with her fellow nerds.
