Over three decades ago, a group of Hell-Lords acted collectively to sire a son via a human woman, so the offspring would be a living battery drawing in mankind’s sin. One of them, Beelzeboul, took human form and seduced and magically impregnated Cassandra Dragonmekas, who had suffered a botched abortion years before, leaving her otherwise unable to carry children. Months later, she discovered her lover’s occult items and contacted supernatural artifact expert Rekarb who realized Beelzeboul’s plan. Rekrab sent Cassandra a mystical dagger, with which she stabbed Beelzeboul. As he was drawn back to his Hell realm, he snapped Cassandra’s neck, killing her, though a timely medical team saved her baby. As the child was born without Beelzeboul’s aid, it did not carry the Darksoul, which instead went to the Hell-lords’ next pregnecy, Daimon Hellstorm.
