Deluded MC1 citizen. After being saved by Judge Dredd, Bella develops an unhealthy infatuation with Dredd.
In and out of the Psycho Cubes, Bella eventually snaps, holds a geriatric ward hostage and starts killing the eldsters, demanding to see Dredd.
This time she’s locked up for good, but during a routine transportation, Bella escapes once again and makes for Rowdy Yates Block, and Dredd’s apartment. This time, things don’t end so well and Dredd is forced to shoot her. The end of the affair.
