Benny Johannsen kept the books for the Imperioli Syndicate. He made sure certain funds remained secret. After a while though he cooked the books for himself and gave himself a big pay-raise. He then hid the real books on microfiche and hid it in his daughter’s teddy bear. Â

He did not remain in hiding for long when he was discovered and his daughter was kidnapped. Batman and Batgirl saved his daughter and Batman took the microfiche for himself to use against the Imperioli Syndicate.
