Bernard Lyle was created by the writer Bill Nichols and the artist Wayne Wong.

Major Story Arcs

Bernard Lyle had picked up Angel Shadow and Haggard, but rather than taking them to where they wanted to go, he had dropped them off at a warehouse. The warehouse was filled with Soulbreed, and Bernard had wished to create a baseball team entirely made up of the creatures, but after Angel and Haggard and their friends, Midnight Montana and Skorch, defeated the Soulbreed and destroyed Bernard taxi, Bernard was left behind, seemingly killed by one of the remaining Soulbreed.
