Bessie Hotchkiss is an employee at Andrew Jackson High School. The same school that T’Challa taught at under the guise of Luke Charles. The Vision disguised as a friend of Luke Charles alerted her that his friend had been detained and that he wouldn’t be able to make it that day. The way that he spoke gave the elderly woman quite the shock.
Unbeknownst to Bessie the reason Luke Charles was unavailable was because he was being held by the Lethal Legion.
