 Bethany Thorne is the daughter of the deceased Crime Doctor. After his death Bethany was set to be placed in a foster care home when fate intervened and she was chosen for a much greater purpose. Lady Shiva, having lost Sin, the heir to her dynasty, hand picked Bethany to become her successor. Bethany was last seen being led away by Sandra Woosan. Speculation now suggests that Bethany could very well be the newest Birds of Prey villain, the White Canary.
