Bette Berg is the long time girlfriend of Rory Regan, who, unbeknownst to Berg is actually the Ragman. Clearly supportive of Regan in all other ways, Berg longs for the day when Regan steps out from under his father’s shadow, and forges a life for himself that doesn’t involve running a pawn shop.
