Big Figure is a midget crime boss in the early 1960s that has hired thugs to help him. He was defeated by the combined efforts of Rorschach and Nite Owl and was sent to prison for the next fifteen years. By 1985, he tries to kill Walter Kovacs in prison using his two thugs. The first thug gets his hands tied to the bars and his fingers broken by Kovacs. Figure tells his other thug to kill the first one to get through to Kovacs but Kovacs kills the second one using a toilet and electrical tool ; he replies ” Hurm.” Never disposed of sewage with toilet before. Obvious , really.” Big Figure starts to attempt running away but Kovacs corners him into a restroom where he awaits his death.
