Bill is very similar in appearance and function to Bob, agent of HYDRA, and was even mistaken as him by Deadpool.
He works with his superior, Betty, to protect humans of an alternate world from super-zombies. Later he and Betty are sent to their rightful dimension by the being called ‘The Contemplator’.
