Bitmap is a member of System Crash which is a group of informational terrorist or cyber criminals affiliated with HYDRA and led by Baron Von Strucker. The group consisted of Bitmap, Infomorph, Wirehead, Steel Collar, Kill-O-Byte, and Technospike.
Creation
Bitmap was created by D.G. Chichester and Scott McDaniel in 1994 and first appeared in Daredevil # 326.
