Pascal Horta was a world renowned painter who was on the cusp of becoming the most prominent man in his field. Tragically, Horta’s right hand was crushed in a car accident and with it so were his dreams. So eager to return to the canvas, Horta agreed to the unorthodox procedure of a hand transplant. It turned out that the donor of the hand was a killer named “Strangler” Burns and the killers blood began to mix with Horta’s. This ended up driving Horta insane and he bgan calling himself Black Talon.
Powers & Abilities
Prior to his hand transplant, Pascal Horta was an artistic genius. After his transformation into Black Talon, Horta’s right hand seemingly possessed some level of enhanced strength, durability and the ability to absorb fire.
