Blind’s first appearance was in Stormwatch (vol 1, issue #48) when he sneak attacked Jenny Sparks. He is later revealed to be a member of the Changers, a group led by the High. When it was discovered he used various means of torture on Jackson King’s brother Malcolm and tried to kill Jenny Sparks he fought Jack Hawksmoor. Shocked at his methods he was killed by his own teammate Smoke.
