Sensei Moore aka Blind Master was a blind African-American martial artist and once a member of the Arashikage Clan, before his sensei, Hard Master was assassinated by Zartan. He then continued his master’s practices and trained Billy Kesseler, Cobra Commander’s son, Jinx, Nunchuk, and Tyrone who all four became his proteges.
