Origin
Blooch, Turpa, and Larfleeze were members of a guild of thieves who stole the map to the Orange Power Battery from Maltus, the former homeworld of the Guardians of the Universe. Seeing the Orange Light of Avarice, the three thieves fought each other for control over the battery. The struggle killed Blooch and Turpa, turning them both into Orange Lantern Avatars in the process.
