Blue Fox (Sinclair)

Origin

Claire Sinclair was the police instructor of Keith Smoke and David Semple. Later, she worked for the CSIS, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, giving David Semple intelligence on criminals. She went with him on missions. On their first mission, David Semple joked that she was his Blue Fox, like the sidekick the original Captain Canuck had.
