Blue Leopard

History

The Blue Leopard hails from Zambia, where Dr. Lancaster Hill (alias the superhero Tiger-Man) worked for the Peace Corps. During his stay in Africa, Hill earned the enmity of the local witch doctor, Na’bantu, who magic was overshadowed by the medicines of Hill.

When Hill returns home to New York, Na’bantu casts a spell over a young village man, increasing his strength and agility threefold, then sends him to the United States to kill Hill. Though he failed, the youth is still at large.
