Blur is a metahuman member of the Rebirth Universe’s Posse. Her power is teleportation, but is limited.
Blue Beetle
In Issue #2, the Blue Beetle comes investigate a mysterious hole discovered by the Posse. Root tells Jaime that the Posse is going to leave, and that Blur will be accompanying him. Blur then tries several times to hit on the Blue Beetle, with him being awkward and confused. Eventually she takes it as him thinking he’s too good for her, and begins to fight Jaime. A beetle pops off Jaime’s suit, and shocks Blur, leaving her dazed. She kisses Jaime just before having to leave from Root’s command.
Blur is then seen in a later issue at Bianca Reyes‘ clinic, looking over Rico, a metahuman member of the Posse who has a busted wrist. Blur later went to the waiting room as by request of Rico. An unknown man, later identified as Mordecai Cull, who is after Bianca. Blur continues to outrun Mordecai with Bianca, until she gets separated from her.
