Bonzo, the Archer Ape was trained as an archer by his criminal trainer, so he could commit crimes and had Bonzo oppose to Green Arrow. After Green Arrow and Speedy defeated his custodian, they returned Bonzo to the circus, where he returned to his carnival life. Sadly Bonzo again fell in the hands of another sinister trainer called Lance, who instead used an ape suit to frame Bonzo for the crimes he had commited. However Green Arrow and Speedy discovered the plot of Lance and captured him using the diguise, clearing this way the name of Bonzo.
