Boots is a time traveler from the year 3210. He’s sent on a mission with his partner Heels to the year 2020 to keep the Earth from blowing up at the hands of the mysterious “Robust”. He sports a black and white yin yang mask, chrome metal pants, and a 50’s style laser pistol. Although he doesn’t have any
actual super power, he has the ability to jump through time with the help of a dimension crystal he stole from his enemy “Tiger-Wizard”.
