She has tried to win over Scrooges heart numerously. Often she tries to do so by using some kind of a crazy scheme. Or succeed in business as well as Scrooge, to make him realize that she`s perfect for Scrooge. Frankly, it has never worked. Because, if she does succeed at that, Scrooge seems him as an adversary. Or he simply wants to take advantage of her success.
Sometimes she actually gets a date with Scrooge. Either because she won a bet or something else like that, or Scrooge wants to do so willingly. Which means that he does have feelings for her.
