One of the Twelve Crow Brothers. He and his brothers Vulco and Joel are the last surviving original Crow Brothers, its unkown what happened to their sister and her husband in the Homelands. Th e brothers, warriors all, fought fiercely against the Adversary’s forces and the Crows were instrumental in ensuring the escape of the last ship to leave the Homelands, as the then-surviving seven, armed only with daggers, took on and defeated a pair of dragons who were threatening the fleeing vessel, at the cost of four of their number. Efram’s the only one with the least appearance and speaking part. Efram works as a security guard at the Knights of Malta hospital, he tried stopping Bigby (when Snow went into labor) from entering, thinking he was a mundy.
