Bun-Dall was an operator of the computers stored at the Hall of Judgement and was partly responsible for their maintenance. He was the only one who noticed someone stealing tiny quantities of energy. But could not find where the energy went. He suspected the Supreme Intelligence was still alive and using the energy to feed itself. Phae-Dor thought him paranoid.Â
