Illness
Due to having illness called NIDS in her spine she must stay in her in the omega suit to survive. Kintobar (aka Anti-Robotnik) is searching for the cure for her by traveling into different realities.
Omega Care Unit
Other than being a life preserver, it is fitted with riot control tools such quick hardening foam and sound waves that cause dizziness. It does not have anything lethal, due Kintobar’s refusal to make deadly weapons.
