Butch is an air conditioner repairman who can interface with and “repair” the genetically modified objects that make up Repo City State. Unfortunately his freelance job as Ballistic HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, A/C) doesn’t pay his bills but gets him in contact with some of Repo City’s worst gangsters and somehow Butch would like to be one of them but, as of now, (his) foul-mouthed Gun still has more credibility than Butch.
