Origin
All characters in the Wuzzles series were hybrids of various animals. As the name suggests, Butterbear was a hybrid butterfly-bear, with the body and head of a normal little bear, and the antennae and wings of a butterfly.

She was the nature lover and cook of the main cast. She was also an above average gardener.
