Cap was the owner of a hobby shop who gave advice on building models and other hobbies, soon however he disappeared from the strips and was replaced by drawings representing the kids demonstrating hobby hints they had sent in. The kids who sent in various hobby hints that were used in the comic books received $5.00 and the original artwork.
