Capitan Rivet is leader of the Superhomeys. He is generally more logical and intelligent than many of the other heroes that surround him and it is implied he is one of the most popular super-heroes in the Empowered universe.
Empowered can often be seen wearing Capitan Rivet themed clothing when not on duty and Thugboy claims she even wears Capitan Rivet underwear.
