Origin
Captain Celebrity first appears in Vigilante – My Hero Academia Illegals in chapter #14 by assisting Gentle-Man with a criminal on a motorcycle. Once a top Pro Hero in America he was working abroad in Japan after multiple law suits (including sexual harassment) in America tarnished his image. Initially he doesn’t change and repeatedly slips into the behavior that caused his problems in America. After working with the Crawler and Makato he is able to become a real hero and repair his damaged image.
Powers & Abilities
Captain Celebrity’s quirk is called Flight and allows him to fly at super speeds. However, later we learn that’s not the full extent of his abilities. The aerodynamic field that surrounds his body also provides him with super strength, invulnerability and temperatures resistance along with flight. He his also able to expand his aerodynamic to others providing them with his invulnerability, however this leaves him more vulnerable. He’s strong enough to lift cruise ships, catch falling skyscrapers, knock out building sized monsters and survive multiple explosions in repeated succession.
