Captain Chronos is a superhero from 1967 who uses his time gadgets to fight Time Crime. Built a time machine and used a home-built vacuum-tube supercomputer to transfer the contents of the 1999 EB into his brain.
Has a hovering disk time machine (Watch Glider) in the form of a watch and a “Stopwatch Gun” whitch can freeze someone in time.
His Time Goggles show time distortions.
His nemesis is The Time Waster, actually a time-duplicate.
