Captain Costanza leads a secret mission to help the Contras topple the Nicaraguan government and the Sandinistas. Nick Fury thinks he is not the right man for the job, especially since Barracuda seems to actually lead the operation. But before Fury can resolve the matter, Constanza is found dead in his hut, with a load of cocaine on his table. It turns out that Barracuda killed him.
