Captain Moller was created by Geoff Johns and Paul Pelletier.
Major Story Arcs
Captain Moller and his crew acquired an Atlantean cannon which they used for whaling. After killing three whales, the Sea Devils arrived and tried to stop him. He ordered his men to shoot at them but they were interrupted by Aquaman and a group of Atlanteans who put a stop to their illegal operation.
