Captain Pissgums

Character Evolution 

In the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (LOEG) Captain Pissgums is seen at a “Pirate Conference.”  Captain Clegg one of the LOEG at the time reported about the other Pirates in attendance.  At the Conference Pissgums was reported to have gotten into a slapping match with Captain Blood.
