Carcass was a member of the Vicious Circle that appeared during the Gang War.
He was one of the many villains sent by Horde to attack Dragon, only to be shrunken by a Martian weapon in retaliation. He and the other villains remained in this state for years before being restored by Dataman, Octopus and Open Face.
Carcass was one of those chosen by the third Overlord to be transformed by Dragon’s stolen blood and join the Dragon Army, being the one sent to turn Assassin in to the police to show their reformation. However, Dragon was soon reborn with his full memories as Emperor Kurr, and went about slaughtering the Vicious Circle for the crime of stealing his blood. Carcass was killed by a bare-handed stab to the throat from Kurr.
