After the Apocalypse War, freak weather conditions ravage Mega-City One. There are some who took advantage of this, one such man was Carl Heinz Pilchards-in-Tomato-Sauce Clayderman – Composer and madman.
Staging a weather concert, Carl conducts the first weather symphony, which involves extreme weather assaulting and killing the audience members.
Dredd steps in, but the concert has ended, the audience is dead. Clayderman goes to the ISO-Cubes…
