Carlos Huevos was a political leader who was supported by United States Ambassador Reich. At one point, Huevos had a baby daughter.
Creation
Huevos was created by renowned writer Frank Miller and Bill Sienkiewicz for the well-known series: Elektra: Assassin.

Elektra is sent to San Conception to assassinate Carlos Huevos. She does so by shooting him with a crossbow whilst he was playing at an amusement park with his daughter.
