Cindy Fairfax was created by Marv Wolfman and Mike Miller. She belongs to the DC Universe Online Videogame even she only appeared in the comics.
History
Carmen Figueroa worked at the Daily Planets mailroom and also worked with children with special needs. She gain the power of super-strength. Carmen was one of the four first new metahumans to go to public with her new powers.
