Dr. Casey Howlett was a doctor at Siamare Youth Care Facility who responded to Rose Forrest and Ashleigh Penzler. Later after Ashleigh burnt Siamare and Kimmy was reported dead Dr. Howlett grew depressed and Ashleigh was beat by Thorn and was took to the hospital. Months later he gets a call from Warren Chritlow says that Ashleigh broke out of the hospital and was seeking revenge. Casey then says he wants to help Ashleigh when she appeared in his house and burnt Dr. Howlett possibly killing him.
