Lt. Chambers was a part of one of many government programs to make a super soldier. He also developed a severe form of insanity where he believed all Americans should be killed.
Powers & Abilities
He possessed access to a pocket dimension, providing him an array of weapons capable of leveling nearly every city in America, single-handedly. He also seemed to possess enhanced durability and radiation resistance.
