Charles Moore is the son of Joan Dunne and Lord Oenghus Mordha. Like Harlan Draka and Taliesin, Charles is a Dampyr, therefore his blood is lethal for the Masters of the Night. He is still young, but many people already want him for different purposes, like Lord Marsden and Nergal. Charles is protected by the Sisters of Balance, which have the duty to take care of him until he reaches his majority.
