Origin

Appeared in the Velocity mini series. Was the first mutant Velocity has to fight against alone. She killed him after she gained enough courage and self-confidence by some psychical boost from Mother May I.

His real name was Willie Cantrell, a criminal with terminal cancer. He agreed to take part in some new and promising cancer cure. It went so well, that he was able to control the cancer.

Powers

His body became more resistent than ever with sharp blades he can mentally grow when needed. But he also changed into a monster with morbid fantasies who thought he was Death himself.

With a little cut made by his sharp claws on the flesh of his victim he can gain his genetic structure. This allows him to track his victim down in a wide range but also can change his shape (partial and complete) into a perfect copy of his victim and use his powers.
