Origin

Chernobyl is a psiot who manipulates radiation. Over the years using his radiation based powers has started breaking down his body and he is now essentially a walking tumor. Chernobyl was recruited by Simon Oreck as part of his Specialists team to replace the original H.A.R.D. Corps.
