Timepocalypse

Chestbeard has a giant beard on his chest, out of which various disgusting sea creatures occasionally poke. He runs a pirate crew, including Cracker-Jackie, Hawg Dawg, Philip the Dark, Doubloon Drawers, Bubblepipe Pirate, and Otis the Oarsman, and has buried a chest of treasure on Eye Island. Unbeknownst to him, among the pieces of treasure is a piece of Zomboss‘s sun vacuum.

Both Patrice and Nate, and Zomboss, try to get the sun vacuum part out of the chest. However, Chestbeard also wants to dig his treasure up.

Patrice manages to distract Chestbeard with some balloons, and gets away with the sun vacuum piece.

Chestbeard somehow gets lost in time and ends up as a pizza delivery man. He delivers some pizza to Patrice, Dave, and Nate, and they all become friends.

Chestbeard’s Revenge

A backup story in Grown Sweet Home relates how Chestbeard time travels to Neighborville to conquer it, but has his chest shaved by Crazy Dave’s Robot Orange Juice. Shamed, Chestbeard retreats.

Petal to the Metal

Chestbeard shows up in Nate’s dream, and tells him the best way to win a race is to board the other ships. Upon waking, Nate and Patrice take Chestbeard’s advice and attack the Zombies’ cars. The strategy is effective: the Zombies’ cars are destroyed and the Zombies are abandoned in the desert.

Boom Boom Mushroom

Chestbeard uses a “legendary” huge, greasy rubber band to keep his chest beard in a ponytail. It is later hidden underground in the caves beneath Neighborville, only to be found by Twister. Nate and Patrice use it to cross a river in their quest to defeat Zomboss’s plans.
