Chino Guardio lives in Delvadia with his wife Mia and his son. Chino was recruited by Keith Bayard to assemble a mob to try and take down the Ghost of El Condor. They failed, but luckily Daredevil was also in Delvadia and was able to put a stop to the impostor.
