Chow Skip-Wang is friend of Madman. He is Agent of Tri-Eye and helped Madman and Big guy in protecting Professor Boiffard from Factor Maxis robots. Skip-Wang was injured in battel and was sent to hospital. The Puke attacked the hospital and Madman saved Skip-Wang from beeing absorbed by The Puke.
