Chuck is a biker who tries to keep his daughter, Katey, from becoming a zombie by giving her a dose of Zombrex to suppress it. He also has to clear his name when being framed for the zombie incident.
He also appears in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, a “what-if?” story where Frank West is the main protagonist of the second game instead. In the game, he appears as a playable character. However, he also appears as a psychopath for Frank to fight. In this game, Katey, his daughter, died of mysterious circumstances, losing his sanity and begin to fight for his own life. Also, in order to cope with the loss, he has a doll carried on his back and named her Katey. When Frank attempts to get him to shelter, he accidentally grab on the doll’s leg, angering Chuck as he accuses him of being a psychopath trying to hinder him of healing Katey. When he is defeated, Frank gets his bike keys, but when he turns around to see Chuck, he wasn’t there.
