Cilla Vale was married to Mason Buwick, and she is the mother of Chelsea Buwick. She is also a popular singer.

Major Story Arcs

After the death if her daughter, Chelsea, she wanted to train three children to become the Ninjettes Two, who she would use to kill Jennifer Blood, the vigilante who killed her daughter. She was confronted by Jennifer and her ex-husband, Mason Buwick, but after a stand off which seemed to be going nowhere, Jennifer threw a dud grenade and Cilla and her lover, Nate Lazarr, ran from the grenade, leaving the children behind. After Jennifer killed Mason, she went after Cilla and Nate, shooting Nate with hollow-points through a wall. After Nate had been killed, Cilla jumped out from behind cover, firing off several rounds from her two Uzi’s, but missing every shot. As she was still firing, Jennifer fired several rounds into her, tearing apart her flesh in several places, thus killing her.
